This job included organising building control. structural works including inserting 3 RSJ steels due to 3 walls being removed. A full plastering re-skim was completed along with new electrical and plumbing layout. A new kitchen and quartz worktops were supplied and fitted along with decorations. Flooring to the kitchen/dinner, hallway, lounge and cloakroom were added along with a new cloakroom toilet and vanity.
Having impressed us with our bathroom refit last year, we asked Andy to quote for our Kitchen/Dining room knock through and kitchen refit, his quote was competitive and we agreed to go ahead. I'm so glad we did! The finished product is superb, the space is amazing and gets a lot more family use than before. Once again the communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, I cannot recommend Andy and his team highly enough.
